I was born and raised in Corsica and from a young age, I was nurtured in the love of cooking through my mother and grandmother and am deeply rooted in the healthy Mediterranean style of preparing meals. I studied French cuisine, management and food safety at Ferrandi, the French School of Culinary Art in Paris, and trained in Michelin Star rated restaurants, Gerard Besson and Pavillon Ledoyen. After serving as Chef de Cuisine at Le Parc aux Cerfs in the Montparnasse neighborhood in Paris, I moved to a few different areas around the Americas. Each new location brought an opportunity of its own: Private Chef for art collectors' and celebrities in Mexico City and Los Angeles followed by an Events Coordinator position in Washington DC, catering to high profile clients. My family relocated to New York City in 2014, where I've launched Martine Private Chef, LLC.
Recently settled in Texas I'm delighted to provide services in Dallas area. |
